Résumé
Le personnel infirmier d’urgence joue un rôle crucial auprès des personnes soignées et peut influencer de manière significative l’accessibilité aux soins et l’expérience des personnes LGBTQI+ migrantes ou racisées, voire en changer le cours. Cet article vise à enrichir les connaissances du personnel infirmier sur les barrières systémiques et organisationnelles qui freinent l’accès aux soins pour les personnes LGBTQI+ migrantes ou racisées. Il propose également des stratégies concrètes à mettre en oeuvre ou à renforcer afin de favoriser un accès équitable et inclusif aux services de santé offerts à ces personnes dans les services d’urgence.
