Abstract
The Covid pandemic has disrupted the entire social system, including the education sector. During this period, teaching staff had to make great efforts to adapt to respond to exceptional health measures. Likewise, he had to rethink his transition and collaboration practices, in addition to reviewing his ways of welcoming the child and his family to school. This exploratory study documented the perspectives of 110 kindergarten teachers (4 and 5 years old) regarding the transition and collaboration practices implemented in pandemic circumstances. Showing a certain heterogeneity in the ways of welcoming the child and his family to school, this study invites to question the scope of the collaboration and support initiatives that have emerged in crisis situations, by proposing new ways to consider in the postCovid period, allowing the establishment of egalitarian relationships between the actors involved in the transition.
