Résumé

L’irruption d’une crise d’angoisse bouleverse la saisie spatiale du monde et invite à porter son attention sur ce qui l’apaise, l’environnement non humain (Searles 1960). De cette expérience naît la volonté de traduire le trouble, hors du cadre linéaire du récit. L’écriture fragmentaire, par sa vision non-totalisante, opère un décentrement hors champ de l’événement traumatique, focalisant l’attention sur ce qui peut s’assembler dans une relation dynamique. Une relation construite d’aller-retours entre écriture et lecture dans l’espace non cartographié de l’inconscient, aménageant des temps de flottements et de latences, pour s’engager dans des histoires non pas figées une fois pour toutes mais en résonnance d’un inconscient à l’autre, et croissantes comme la vie même. L’écriture fragmentaire par son travail de montage et de mise en relation, apparaît alors comme une forme d’écologie narrative, créant des liens empathiques avec autrui et l’environnement et agissant comme un moyen de réconciliation avec le monde.

Abstract

The onset of an anxiety attack disrupts the spatial grasp of the world and invites us to focus our attention on what soothes it, the non-human environment (Searles 1960). From this experience arises the desire to translate the disorder, outside the linear framework of the narrative. Fragmentary writing, through its non-totalizing vision, creates a decentering of the traumatic event off-frame, focusing attention on what can be assembled in a dynamic relationship. A relationship constructed through back-and-forth movement between writing and reading in the uncharted space of the unconscious, making room for moments of suspension and latency to engage in stories not fixed once and for all but resonate from one unconscious to another, and grow like life itself. Fragmentary writing, through its work of editing and connection, thus appears as a form of narrative ecology, creating empathetic connections with others and the environment and acting as a means of reconciliation with the world.

Resumen

El inicio de un ataque de ansiedad altera la comprensión espacial del mundo y nos invita a centrar nuestra atención en aquello que lo apacigua, el entorno no humano (Searles 1960). De esta experiencia surge el deseo de traducir el trastorno, fuera del marco lineal de la narrativa. La escritura fragmentaria, a través de su visión no totalizadora, opera un descentramiento del evento traumático, centrando la atención en lo que puede ensamblarse en una relación dinámica. Una relación construida a partir del intercambio entre la escritura y la lectura en el espacio inexplorado del inconsciente, creando tiempos de vacilación y latencia, para implicarse en historias que no son fijas, sino que resuenan de un inconsciente a otro y crecen como la vida misma. La escritura fragmentaria, a través de su trabajo de montaje y conexión, aparece así como una forma de ecología narrativa, creando conexiones empáticas con los demás y el entorno, y actuando como un medio de reconciliación con el mundo.

焦虑症的爆发扰乱了我们对世界的空间把握，促使我们将注意力集中在能够抚慰它的非人类环境上。这种体验催生了我们想要在叙事的线性框架之外，解读这种紊乱的渴望。碎片化写作以其非整体化的视角，将创伤事件去中心化，将注意力集中在能够被组合成动态关系的事物上。这种关系构建于潜意识中未曾被映射的空间中，由写作和阅读之间的反复交织构成，创造出犹豫和潜伏的时间，从而参与到并非一劳永逸地固定下来的故事中，而是在潜意识之间产生共鸣，并像生命本身一样不断生长。碎片化写作通过其编辑和连接，呈现出一种叙事生态的形式，与他人和环境建立共情联系，并成为与世界和解的一种手段。
