Résumé
La mobilité croissante des personnes qualifiées touche plusieurs domaines, dont celui de la santé. Cette recension narrative des écrits porte sur les travaux s’intéressant aux physiothérapeutes formés à l’étranger (PhFÉ) qui souhaitent poursuivre leur carrière dans un nouveau contexte national. Elle est présentée selon quatre catégories d’objets d’étude : a) l’accès des PhFÉ au titre professionnel, b) la formation théorique et pratique à suivre pour se requalifier, c) l’évaluation des compétences professionnelles en stage et, enfin, d) l’intégration socioprofessionnelle dans le pays d’accueil. Une lecture critique de ces travaux nous permet de proposer plusieurs perspectives de recherche, en particulier à propos du moment charnière que constituent les stages que doivent compléter les PhFÉ.
