Abstract
This critical reflection examines the emergence of eco-anxiety in organizational contexts, a growing phenomenon with implications for workplace psychological health. Conceptual and methodological gaps currently hinder its full understanding, highlighting the need for further investigation. Drawing on an interdisciplinary review of environmental and organizational psychology, this paper proposes a theoretical model integrating workplace well-being, employee engagement and organization practices. The results emphasize the relevance of adopting sustainable strategies and psychological support mechanisms to mitigate the impact of eco-anxiety at work, while offering actionable directions for organizational decision-makers.
