Résumé
L'éviction de la présidente Dilma Rousseff place le Brésil en situation instable. Paralysées depuis l'an dernier par une Fronde parlementaire, les institutions sont à présent fragilisées car le changement de majorité a été obtenu par une coalition entre l'opposition et une partie des membres du gouvernement menés par le vice-président qui parle de redresser le pays. L'opinion publique a été tenue à l'écart de ce processus et pourrait bien rejeter le nouveau gouvernement brésilien. Ces événements nous permettent d'amorcer une description du jeu institutionnel et social brésilien.

Abstract
The impeachment of Dilma Rousseff in on its way, but the political intrigues which have led to this event enlighten the fragility of the Brazilian Constitution. A coalition of the opposition parties with a fraction of the elected majority actively broke the previous elections's results, the brazilian vice-president acting secretly in order to replace Dilma. Despite his first declarations praising a national agenda to control the public debt, Michel Temer is facing a reluctant public. Brazilian citizen have been put aside of the whole process, and might express a rejection of the new goverment. Such circumstances do help us in describing the brazilian institutions & social behavior.
