Abstract
The aim of this article is to report on current knowledge of post-traumatic growth in young people exposed to natural disasters. To this end, a systematized narrative review of articles on the subject was conducted over a period ranging from spring to summer 2024. This article provides a better understanding of post-traumatic growth as a possible phenomenon in young people, and of the many individual and environmental factors that can influence this process of change. It also explains how a better understanding of this phenomenon will enable us to intervene more effectively with young people in post-disaster situations.
