Interprétations psychanalytiques du traumatisme : une synthèse théorico-clinique Psychoanalytic interpretations of trauma: A theorical and clinical overview

Résumé

De plus en plus, on tend à reconnaître la spécificité du travail clinique effectué auprès de victimes de traumatismes. Dans le contexte actuel d’accueil des réfugiés syriens, nombreux sont les soignants qui auront à prendre en charge des survivants de situations extrêmes. Ainsi, l’article qui suit propose une synthèse théorico-clinique de quelques grands courants (Freud, Ferenczi, Winnicott, Bokanowski, Roussillon) et concepts (fonction contenante, médium malléable) psychanalytiques, dans l’objectif d’apporter un nouvel éclairage sur le phénomène du traumatisme et de fournir des repères aux aidants pour les soutenir dans leurs futurs efforts de mise en sens de cette expérience irreprésentable.

Abstract

More and more, we tend to recognize the specificity of the clinical work done with trauma victims. In the actual context of the welcoming of Syrian refugees, many caregivers assist survivors of extreme situations. Thus, the following article proposes a theoretical and clinical synthesis of some major psychoanalytic currents (Freud, Ferenczi, Winnicott, Bokanowski, and Roussillon) and concepts (containing function, malleable object), our aim being to shed new light on the phenomenon of trauma and provide benchmarks to the clinicians who are inevitably working towards making sense of this unrepresentable experience.
