Abstracts
Résumé
Le développement organisationnel (DO) est bien présent dans les milieux organisationnels. La question « Mais qu’est-ce que le DO? » se pose toutefois encore. Partant de certains constats sur les définitions, les valeurs, les processus d’intervention et les compétences, une étude de 287 offres d’emplois québécoises a été réalisée, dans le but de brosser un portrait de la discipline au Québec. Une réflexion comparative est proposée, en considérant des études américaines et européennes. De cette comparaison, nous suggérons un cadre de réflexion sur les pratiques professionnelles, constitué de deux axes : les niveaux d’intervention (individuel, groupal, organisationnel et social) et les approches en développement organisationnel (diagnostique et dialogique). Notre recherche démontre que les offres d’emploi adhèrent principalement à l’approche diagnostique. Quant aux niveaux d’intervention, à l’exception du social, les trois niveaux classiques sont vraiment présents.
