Résumé
L’équilibre travail-vie personnelle est aujourd’hui un enjeu public et scientifique d’importance. Peu d’écrits se sont intéressés aux réalités du handicap dans ce domaine. Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude de la portée sur les expériences de conciliation travail-vie personnelle des personnes travailleuses ayant des incapacités motrices ou des maladies chroniques. Il relève comment les études ont conceptualisé leur interface travail-vie personnelle, les réalités pouvant affecter leur équilibre travail-vie personnelle, les principaux facteurs environnementaux et personnels favorisant ou empêchant son atteinte, de même que certaines stratégies d’adaptations employées pour le maintenir. La théorisation de l’interface travail-vie personnelle des personnes travailleuses ayant des incapacités motrices ou des maladies chroniques requiert de reconnaître l’impact : 1) de leurs positions sociales désavantageuses, 2) des obstacles et des ressources, 3) du travail invisible réalisé dans leurs domaines de vie et 3) des discours capacitistes sur les pressions physiques, psychologiques et temporelles qu’elles ressentent au quotidien.

Abstract
Work-life balance is a key public and scientific concern today. However, little attention has been given to the realities of disability in this area. This article presents the findings of a scoping study on the work-life balance experiences of workers with motor disabilities or chronic illnesses. It highlights how studies have conceptualized their work-life interface, the realities that may influence their work-life balance, the main environmental and personal factors supporting or hindering its achievement, as well as the adaptive strategies employed to sustain it. Theorizing the work-life interface of workers with motor disabilities or chronic illnesses requires acknowledging the impact of: 1) their socially disadvantaged positions, 2) the barriers and resources they encounter, 3) the invisible work performed across their life domains, and 4) ableist discourses contributing to the physical, psychological, and temporal pressures they face daily.

Resumen
El equilibrio trabajo-vida personal es ahora un desafío en lo público y en lo científico. Pocos escritos se han interesado por las realidades de la discapacidad en este tema. Este artículo presenta los resultados de un scoping review de las experiencias de conciliación trabajo-vida personal de personas trabajadoras que presentan incapacidades motrices o enfermedades crónicas. Pone de relieve cómo los estudios han conceptualizado su interfaz trabajo-vida personal, las realidades que pueden afectar su equilibrio trabajo-vida personal, los principales factores medioambientales y personales que favorecen o impiden el logro de tal equilibrio, así como ciertas estrategias de adaptación para mantenerlo. La teorización de la interfaz trabajo-vida personal de las personas trabajadoras que poseen incapacidades motrices o enfermedades crónicas requiere reconocer el impacto de: 1) sus posiciones sociales desventajosas, 2) los obstáculos y recursos, 3) el trabajo invisible efectuado en sus áreas de vida y 4) los discursos capacitistas sobre las presiones físicas, psicológicas y temporales que resienten en su vida cotidiana.
