Abstract
This research proposes to analyse how international SMEs can strengthen their resilience in a constantly changing international context. It highlights the importance of networks in supporting SMEs in a changing environment where exogenous shocks are likely to multiply. Our research, based on Russian international SMEs during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, reveals different ways of mobilising the network at each phase of the development of this exogenous shock and shows how these SMEs developed their resilience. The aim of this study is to provide new perspectives on how international SMEs can strengthen their resilience following an exogenous shock, in particular through proactive management of their network.
