Résumé
La prise en compte de l’empowerment du patient connecté permet au pharmacien de renforcer sa stratégie relationnelle et transactionnelle au service de son entreprise officinale dans un processus nouveau de négociation avec le patient. L’autonomisation du patient doit questionner les praticiens officinaux qui font face à un patient averti grâce à l’utilisation des outils de e-santé. Il semble important d’identifier le niveau d’empowerment des patients de l’officine et son impact car ce nouveau pouvoir a des incidences notables dans l’observance du traitement et dans la prise en charge de la maladie qui peut être mise en oeuvre par le pharmacien.

Abstract
Taking into account the empowerment of the connected patient allows pharmacists to strengthen their relational and transactional strategy and apply them to their pharmacies within a new process of negotiation with the patient. Patient empowerment must question pharmacy practitioners when dealing with patients informed through the use of e-health tools. It seems important to identify the level of patient empowerment of the pharmacy’s patients and its impact because this new power has significant implications in the observance of treatment and in the management of diseases that can be implemented by pharmacists.

Resumen
Tener en cuenta el empoderamiento del paciente conectado permite al farmacéutico reforzar su estrategia relacional y transaccional al servicio de su negocio de farmacia en un nuevo proceso de negociación con el paciente. El empoderamiento del paciente debe interpelar a los profesionales farmacéuticos que se enfrentan a un paciente informado gracias al uso de las herramientas de e-salud. Parece importante identificar el nivel de empoderamiento de los pacientes en la farmacia y su impacto, ya que este nuevo poder tiene importantes implicaciones en el cumplimiento del tratamiento y en el manejo de la enfermedad que puede aplicar el farmacéutico.
