Résumé
L’émergence organisationnelle suscite des questions à la fois sur la manière dont les entreprises sont créées ainsi que sur la prédictibilité de cette création. L’article reprend le cadre théorique de Gartner (1985) en se centrant sur le processus et la trajectoire du projet de création. À travers l’analyse de trois projets, il étudie la dynamique temporelle propre aux actions de l’entrepreneur, les interactions avec l’environnement et la transformation ou non du projet en entreprise. Les résultats montrent que la notion de trajectoire, en combinant la durée et les moteurs de la dynamique, donne des indications sur l’issue d’un projet de création d’entreprise et permet de mieux comprendre ce processus. Ils montrent également l’utilité de cette notion pour l’accompagnement des projets de création d’entreprise.

Abstract
The aim of our study is to understand the interactions between entrepreneurs’ actions and their environment as well as their temporal dynamic, to explain the success or failure of the business venture. Based on Gartner’s framework (1985), the present study examines the temporal dynamic specific to the actions and environment of nascent entrepreneurs via three business start-up cases. The findings indicate the dynamics and drivers required for organisational emergence as well as the timeframe required. Moreover, predicting the success or failure of transforming an idea into a thriving business remains a delicate issue, but the concept of trajectory gives a fruitful tool for coaching nascent entrepreneurs.
Resumen
La emergencia organizativa suscita preguntas a la vez en la maniera de que las entreparecías están creadas así como en la prediccíon de esta creación. El articulo volve a tomar el documento marco teórico de Gartner (1985) centrándose más típicamente en el proceso y la trayectoria del proyecto de creación. A través del análisis de tres proyectos, estudia la dinamica temporal propia a las acciones del empresario, las interracciones con el medioambiental y la transformación o no del proyecto en la empresa. Los resultados mostran que la noción de trayecto, conjugando la duración y los motores de la dinámica ofrece las indicaciones sobre la conclusión de un proyecto de creación de entreparecías y permite una mejor comprensión este proceso.Mostran igualmente la utilidad de este noción para el acompañamiento de los proyectos de creación de entreparecías.
