Résumé
En tant que psychiatre dans un refuge, j’ai accompagné Claude, un homme en situation d’itinérance. Son rêve de partir vers l’Amérique du Sud à bord de sa van m’a inspiré à développer une écriture nomade en médecine narrative. Cette approche, issue de la rencontre thérapeutique, cherche à dépasser les catégories biomédicales pour dire quelque chose de l’autre dans son unicité et son devenir. Une stratégie possible est de rencontrer le soigné ou la soignée en dehors des lieux cliniques institutionnels, en portant attention à ses relations concrètes. L’écriture nomade en médecine narrative vise aussi à libérer le potentiel créatif de l’écriture elle-même en tant que pratique artistique, en allant au-delà de l’expérience vécue de la maladie ou de l’analyse critique du contexte thérapeutique. Cette démarche pourrait se révéler particulièrement utile en psychiatrie et avec les personnes en situation de marginalité sociale, ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives de soins.

Abstract
As a psychiatrist at a shelter, I accompanied Claude, a homeless man. His dream to travel to South America in his van inspired me to develop nomadic writing in narrative medicine. This approach, derived from the therapeutic encounter, seeks to go beyond biomedical categories to express something about the other in their uniqueness and potential for becoming. One possible strategy is to meet the patient outside institutional clinical settings, paying attention to their concrete relationships. Nomadic writing in narrative medicine also aims to unleash the creative potential of writing itself as an artistic process, transcending the lived experience of illness or the critical analysis of the therapeutic context. This approach could prove particularly useful in psychiatry and with people in situations of social marginalization, thus opening up new perspectives for care.

Resumen
Acompañé a Claude, un hombre sin hogar, como psiquiatra en un albergue. Su sueño de viajar a Sudamérica en su furgoneta me inspiró a desarrollar una escritura nómada en medicina narrativa. Este enfoque, nacido del encuentro terapéutico, busca ir más allá de las categorías biomédicas para expresar algo sobre el otro en su singularidad y su futuro. Una posible estrategia es acercarse al paciente fuera del ámbito clínico institucional, prestando atención a sus relaciones concretas. La escritura nómada en medicina narrativa también busca liberar el potencial creativo de la escritura misma como práctica artística, yendo más allá de la experiencia vivida de la enfermedad o del análisis crítico del contexto terapéutico. Este enfoque podría resultar particularmente útil en psiquiatría y con personas en situación de marginación social, abriendo así nuevas perspectivas para el cuidado.

我曾作为精神科医生在收容所陪伴无家可归的克劳德。他梦想着开着他的面包车去南美旅行，这启发了我发展叙事医学中的游牧写作。这种方法源于治疗性邂逅，力求超越生物医学范畴，展现他人的独特之处及其未来。一种可能的策略是在机构临床环境之外与患者会面，关注他们之间具体的关系。叙事医学中的游牧写作也旨在释放写作本身作为一种艺术实践的创造潜力，超越疾病的亲身体验或对治疗情境的批判性分析。这种方法在精神病学领域以及社会边缘人群中尤其有效，从而为护理开辟新的视角
