Biographical note
Meredith Gaglio is an assistant professor of architecture at Louisiana State University. She received a Ph.D. in Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (2019), a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University Graduate School of Design (2010), and Master and Bachelor of Architecture from Tulane University School of Architecture (2005). Meredith is a historian of modern and contemporary architectural technology, urbanism, and the environment. She recently acted as an historical consultant on MoMA’s “Emerging Ecologies” exhibit. Meredith has received fellowships from the Smithsonian Institution, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, the Buell Center for American Architecture, and the Graham Foundation.
