Résumé
La scène politique brésilienne est entrée dans une phase de confusion extrême. Cela permettra t-il à notre enquête de sortir des clichés ? Après des mois de guérilla parlementaire, le 17 mars 2016 restera une date marquante. Ce même jour, la chambre des députés a constitué la commission qui statuera sur la possible destitution de la présidente Dilma Rousseff, celle-ci a nommé à la tête de son Cabinet l'ancien président Lula da Silva, un artifice de procédure a immédiatement suspendu cette nomination à une décision de la Cour suprême brésilienne (Supremo Tribunal Federal), dont les juges ont simultanément autorisé la diffusion d'écoutes téléphoniques de Lula. Dès le soir, les médias ont ouvert un procès public de l'ancien président. On parle de coup d'Etat.

Abstract
The brazilian politics has just entered into a really dangerous phase. After more than six months of an intense parlementary guerilla against the president Dilma Rousseff, March 17, 2016 will be remembered as a special day for Brasil. On this same day, the Chamber created the special Commission to examine a possible impeachment of the president; Dilma Rousseff nominated the former president Lula to enter the Government, but a procedural manoeuver immediately suspended that nomination in order to give time for the Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal) to render a decision over the legality of such nomination which might offer Lula an escape from the Local Court actually dealing with some cases against him; and the judges of the same Supreme Court officially let appear some private calls from Lula. Those events permitted to the Globo media Group to open public trial of the former president using all the channels it controls. What will now follow this Coup d'Etat ?
