Abstract
This article examines the post-traumatic growth experienced by members of the university community during the pandemic. It draws on a mixed-methods study conducted from April 2020 to April 2022, which surveyed 5,407 students and employees across 12 universities in Quebec. Data were gathered through an online survey that included both quantitative and qualitative questions designed to capture detailed insights into positive changes arising from the pandemic. While quantitative findings reveal relatively low levels of post-traumatic growth, qualitative responses suggest that university community members have experienced significant and even transformative changes across all five dimensions of post-traumatic growth.
