Wendell Nii Laryea Adjetey’s Cross-Border Cosmopolitans: The Making of a Pan-African North America (University of North Carolina Press, 2023), was awarded the prize for Best Scholarly Book in Canadian History by the Canadian Historical Association in 2024. The contributors to this discussion met at the annual meeting of the CHA in 2025 and shared early drafts of these commentaries.
