Abstracts
Résumé
La nécessité de centrer davantage les services de santé sur les patient.e.s fait l’objet de plusieurs conversations sur les réformes nécessaires pour avoir un service de santé plus adéquat, humain et respectueux. Cet article commencera par une perspective historique de l’histoire de la médecine, de l’éthique médicale et du rapport social au récit, avant d’aborder comment ces notions sont difficiles à appliquer dans le domaine de la transplantation, mais aussi les lacunes dans leur implantation. Finalement, il terminera par une discussion sur les bénéfices d’intégrer des ateliers de création littéraire dans le parcours de soin dans une approche centrée sur les patient.e.s.

Abstract
The need to make health services more patient-centered is the subject of many conversations about the reforms needed for a more adequate, humane and respectful health service. This article begins with a historical perspective of the history of medicine, medical ethics and the social relationship to narrative, before discussing the difficulty of applying these notions to the field of transplantation and also the gaps in their implementation. Finally, it explores how integrating creative writing workshops into the care pathway could be helpful for a patient-centered approach.

Resumen
La necesidad de que los servicios de salud se centren más en el paciente es tema de debate en diversas conversaciones sobre las reformas necesarias para lograr un servicio de salud más adecuado, humano y respetuoso. Este artículo comienza con una perspectiva histórica sobre la historia de la medicina, la ética médica y la relación social con la narración, antes de abordar la dificultad de aplicar estos conceptos en el ámbito de los trasplantes, así como las deficiencias en su implementación. Finalmente, concluye con una discusión sobre los beneficios de integrar talleres de escritura creativa en el protocolo de atención médica con un enfoque centrado en el paciente.

医疗服务需要更加以患者为中心,这是多次讨论的主题,探讨了为实现更合适、更人性化、更尊重患者的医疗服务而需要进行的改革。本文将首先从历史视角探讨医学史、医学伦理以及故事讲述与社会的关系,然后探讨这些概念在移植领域应用的困难及其在实施过程中的不足。最后,本文将探讨将创意写作工作坊融入以患者为中心的医疗护理路径的益处。
