Abstracts
Résumé
Cet article propose un cadre de référence en littératie de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) destiné à la formation des directions d’établissement d’enseignement. Ce cadre de référence en administration de l’éducation a été constitué à partir d’une recension des écrits de type narratif. Ce type d’approche a permis de produire une synthèse des connaissances sur l’intelligence artificielle et la littératie. Le cadre repose sur six propositions issues de deux phases de catégorisation des données : développer une conscience technologique, maîtriser les concepts clés de l’IA, intégrer l’IA dans la gestion scolaire, analyser et évaluer, créer et innover, et assurer une utilisation éthique de l’IA. Il présente une occasion à saisir par les directions d’établissement d’enseignement afin de réaffirmer l’importance de développer leur littératie dans le domaine de l’IA. Ainsi, le cadre servira à appréhender le « prochain leadership numérique » nécessaire pour permettre aux directions d’établissement d’enseignement de faire face aux transformations incontournables induites par le développement soutenu de l’IA.
