Résumé
Cette étude propose une analyse de la légitimation de l’opération militaire des États membres de l’otan dans le ciel libyen en 2011. Par l’emploi d’outils méthodologiques d’analyse de discours forgés par Michel Foucault, notre objectif sera d’étudier les structures discursives dans lesquelles furent insérées les justifications de l’opération. Ainsi, déplaçant notre grille d’analyse du contenu des arguments vers la manière dont ils s’ordonnent et s’organisent dans des ensembles discursifs, nous supposons que la légitimation de l’intervention militaire en Libye reposait non pas sur des arguments précis et délimités, mais sur la mise en réseau progressive de justifications aux significations mouvantes et interdépendantes les unes des autres.

Abstract
This article analyses legitimation processes of nato’s member military intervention over Libya in 2011. By using Foucault’s methodological tools for discourse analysis, our aim is to study discursive structures in which the justifications of the operation were inserted. Thus, by displacing our analytical focal from argument contents to their organization in discursive structures, we suppose that the legitimation of the intervention did not rely on precise and delimited arguments, but on a network of moving and interdependent justifications.

Resumen
Este estudio propone un análisis de la legitimación de la operación militar de los estados miembros de la otan sobre espacio libanés en 2011. À través de herramientas metodológicas de análisis del discurso elaborado por Michel Foucault, nuestro objetivo es estudiar las estructuras discursivas en las que se insertan las justificaciones de la operación. De ese modo, desplazamos nuestro cuadro de análisis del contenido de los argumentos a la manera en la cual son organizados en el conjunto discursivo. Suponemos que la legitimación de la intervención militar en Libia no descansa sobre argumentos precisos y delimitados, sino sobre una red progresiva de justificaciones y significaciones móviles et interdependientes las unas de las otras.
