Abstracts
Résumé
L’Afrique de l’Ouest se démarque sur le continent africain par ses réalisations en vue de la création d’un espace de libre circulation des personnes principalement sous l’égide de la Communauté économique des États de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (cedeao). Or, jusqu’à présent, très peu d’études se sont intéressées aux dynamiques récentes de la gestion régionale des migrations en Afrique de l’Ouest. Cet article a donc pour objectif de combler cette lacune en analysant ces dynamiques dans le contexte des changements intervenus dans les relations Europe-Afrique en ce qui concerne la question migratoire.

Abstract
Since the 70’s, an institutional framework aiming at creating an area of free movement of people has been formulated mainly under the auspices of the Economic Community of West African States (ecowas). However, to date, very few studies have examined the recent dynamics of the regional management of migration in West Africa. This article therefore aims to fill this gap by analyzing these dynamics in the context of changes in relations between Europe and Africa regarding the immigration issue.
