Résumé
Cet article présente une démarche structurante de mobilisation des acteurs du système alimentaire du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean autour d’une vision associée à l’identité alimentaire boréale, pour en assurer un développement durable. Opérer des transformations à l’échelle d’un système alimentaire territorial présente plusieurs défis, notamment en ce qui concerne la capacité des acteurs d’entrevoir l’alimentation dans une perspective multifonctionnelle, multidimensionnelle et intersectorielle, en cohérence avec une approche systémique. C’est donc pour favoriser la transition vers un système alimentaire durable et boréal que la démarche Borée a émergé. Les partenaires du comité, en collaboration avec des chercheurs, tentent ainsi de développer les outils de dialogue et les modalités de gouvernance permettant de mobiliser l’intelligence collective et de coordonner le travail des acteurs. Cette expérience collaborative fait ressortir des mécanismes d’animation favorables à une gouvernance participative de ce système alimentaire, durable et boréal.

Abstract
This paper presents a structuring approach aimed at mobilizing the actors of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean (SLSJ) food system around a vision associated with the boreal food identity in order to ensure its sustainable development. Transforming a territorial food system presents several challenges, particularly with regard to the capacity of stakeholders to see food in a multifunctional, multidimensional, and intersectoral perspective in accordance with a systemic approach. The Borée approach thus emerged to promote the transition to a sustainable boreal food system. The committee’s partners, in collaboration with researchers, are seeking to develop tools to facilitate dialogue as well as governance methods that can harness the collective knowledge of stakeholders and coordinate their actions. This collaborative experience has allowed us to identify mechanisms that support participative governance for a sustainable boreal food system.

Resumen
En este artículo se presenta una intervención estructurarte movilizadora de actores del sistema alimentario del Saguenay-Lago-san-Juan acerca de una perspectiva asociada a la identidad alimenticia boreal, a fin de asegurarle un desarrollo durable. Realizar transformaciones a escala de sistema alimentario territorial presenta muchos desafíos, especialmente en lo concerniente a la capacidad de los actores de considerar la alimentación según una perspectiva multifuncional, multidimensional e intersectorial, en coherencia con un enfoque sistémico. Para favorecer la transición hacia un sistema alimentario durable y boreal, surgió la intervención Borée Los miembros del comité, en colaboración con los investigadores, tratan de crear instrumentos de dialogo y modalidades de gobernanza que permitan movilizar la inteligencia colectiva y coordinar el trabajo de los actores. Esta experiencia colectiva destaca los mecanismos de animación favorables a la gobernanza participativa del sistema alimentario durable y boreal.
