Abstracts
Résumé
Dans cet article, nous discutons l’apparente analogie des politiques urbaines de transport et de déplacements. Par l’analyse et la comparaison de quatre cas, il s’agit plus particulièrement de discuter l’hypothèse d’une vague de fond néolibérale qui affecterait l’action publique urbaine, et d’apprécier la capacité de l’histoire socioéconomique des territoires à produire encore de notables différenciations.

Abstract
This article aims to discuss the apparent analogy of urban transportation and mobility policies. By analyzing and comparing four cases, we will specifically discuss the hypothesis of a neoliberal trend which would affect urban policies and assess the capacity of the socio-economic history of territories to produce significant differentiations.

Resumen
Discutimos, en este artículo, la analogía aparente entre políticas urbanas de transporte y de locomoción. El análisis y la comparación de cuatro casos permiten de tratar la hipótesis del movimiento de opinión neoliberal con impacto sobre la acción pública urbana, y de considerar la capacidad de la historia socio-económica de los territorios de producir importantes disparidades.
