Résumé
Cet article présente une recension narrative des écrits portant sur l’expérience des enfants conçus dans le cadre d’une grossesse pour autrui. La recherche documentaire a permis de repérer 26 études empiriques qui abordent le point de vue des enfants sur les circonstances entourant leur conception, leurs relations avec les individus impliqués, leur degré d’adaptation psychologique, leur sécurité d’attachement et leur perception de la pratique. Cet état des connaissances s’avère utile pour guider l’adaptation et le développement d’interventions centrées sur les besoins des enfants et des adultes concernés, de même que le droit et les politiques publiques en matière familiale.

Abstract
This article presents a narrative review of the literature on the experience of children conceived through surrogacy. The literature research identified 26 empirical studies that explore children’s perspectives on the circumstances of their conception, their relationships with the individuals involved, their degree of psychological adjustment, their attachment security, and their perception of the practice. This state of knowledge is useful for guiding the adaptation and development of interventions focused on the needs of the children and adults involved, as well as informing family law and public policies.
