Abstracts
Résumé
Le couchsurfing est une forme d’hébergement non marchand qui renvoie au nom du réseau d’hospitalité web le plus populaire. Via ce réseau, des voyageurs établissent des contacts avec d’autres personnes dans le but de les héberger ou de bénéficier gratuitement de leur « canapé » (« couch »). Cet article vise à comprendre, d’un point de vue marketing et comportemental, les raisons de ce nouvel engouement et le sens donné par les consommateurs à leur expérience de couchsurfing grâce à une étude qualitative, comportant des interviews, des sessions d’observation ainsi que des données « netnographiques ».
