Résumé
L’article explore les configurations familiales, intimes et amicales des personnes aînées gaies et lesbiennes ainsi que les changements qui peuvent les affecter au cours du vieillissement dans un contexte québécois. L’analyse est basée sur la réalisation de 22 entrevues individuelles semi-dirigées auprès d’adultes vieillissants gais et lesbiennes âgés de 60 à 76 ans, provenant d’une recherche doctorale. Les principaux résultats portent sur les pratiques et les significations associées à la vie intime, aux relations familiales et amicales, ainsi que sur les transitions au cours du vieillissement. L’analyse des résultats suggère de prendre en considération l’ensemble du réseau social des personnes aînées gaies et lesbiennes dans le champ de la famille et en travail social afin d’être en mesure de comprendre leurs réalités et de répondre à leurs besoins dans les pratiques sociales.

Abstract
The article explores the family, intimate and friendship configurations of gay and lesbian older adults as well as the continuities and transitions during aging in a Quebec context. The analysis is based on the completion of 22 one-on-one semi-structured interviews with gay and lesbian older adults aged 60 to 76 from a doctoral research. The main results relate to the practices and meanings associated with intimate life, family and friendships as well as to transitions during aging. The analysis of the results suggests taking into consideration the entire social network of gay and lesbian older adults in the field of family and social work in order to be able to understand their realities and respond to their needs in the social practices.
