Résumé
L’auteur décrit le fonctionnement et l’évolution d’une communauté thérapeutique nommée « La Baïsse ». Fondée en 1979, elle accueille 7 patients psychotiques et un stagiaire. La première partie décrit les principes sur lesquels la communauté est fondée, et la deuxième partie décrit la structure, les participants et les trois étapes à travers lesquelles les patients passent. L’auteur conclut que l’expérience est positive.
SUMMARY
The author describes the functioning and evolution of a therapeutic commune called "La Baisse". Founded in 1979, it houses 7 psychotic patients and one "stagiaire". The first part describes the principles upon which the commune is founded, and the second part describes the structure, the participants and the three stages through which the patients go. The author concludes that the experience is a positive one.
