Abstract
This article introduces the Scientia Canadensis’ special issue on “Scientific Institutions in Quebec in the 19th and 20th centuries.” Through a discussion of the importance of institutions of knowledge production in Quebec, this paper provides an overview of the contributions featured in this special issue.
