Résumé
Quel bilan peut-on tracer des changements observables dans le domaine de la reproduction et quel avenir peut-on imaginer à partir des développements rapides dans ce domaine ? Voilà les deux grands axes de discussion proposés à des chercheuses de différentes disciplines rassemblées autour d'une table-ronde. La synthèse des propos présentée ici permet de constater que le débat a soulevé plus de questions qu'il n'a fourni de réponses. D'une part, les changements survenus s'avèrent très complexes et d'autre part, les perspectives d'avenir sont loin d'être définies. Une constatation s'impose: la recherche est nécessaire et urgente. Les thèmes à explorer sont multiples allant des relations de couple jusqu'au rôle de l'État dans la famille.
Abstract
What assessment can we make of the changes observable in the field of reproduction, and what future can we envisage based on the rapid developments in this field? These are the two major axes of discussion submitted to experts from different disciplines gathered at a round table. The summary of the discussions presented here leads to the observation that the debate has given rise to more questions than answers. On the one hand the changes that have occurred have proven very complex and on the other hand, the perspectives for the future are far from being defined. One conclusion is inevitable: there is an urgent need for research. There are many themes to be explored ranging from relations within the couple to the role of the State within the family.
