Abstract
This scoping review maps the effect of resilience on the psychological well-being of employees across different professional sectors. The selected articles show that, regardless of the country of origin and type of job, resilience protects employees from various organizational stressors. Resilient workers are thus better equipped to maintain good psychological health by promoting their well-being, particularly by remaining more optimistic and satisfied with their work. Finally, resilience appears to be a key protective factor for psychological health in organizational contexts. The article concludes by offering several suggestions for future research.
