Résumé
La crise économique, les menaces sur l’environnement, la violation de droits humains, les inégalités Nord/Sud sont à l’origine du développement, depuis quelques années, en milieu associatif principalement, de spécialisations d’animateurs socioculturels en « éducation à l’environnement », « éducation interculturelle », « éducation aux droits humains », « éducation au développement à la solidarité internationale ». Ces approches prônent toutes une forme de transformation sociale vers un monde plus juste, plus égalitaire, plus respectueux de l’environnement et de l’être humain. Cette communication cherche à déterminer pourquoi et comment, en théorie, l’animation socioculturelle pourrait investir ce champ d’intervention.

Abstract
The economic crisis, the threats on the environment, the violation of human rights, the North/South disparities are at the origin of the development, since a few years, in non-profit organisations mainly, of sociocultural community developers’ specializations in «education to the environment», «intercultural education», «education in human rights», «education in the development of international solidarity». These approaches advocate quite a shape of social transformation towards a more just, more egalitarian, more environmental-friendly world in respect to human being. This communication tries to determine why and how, in theory, sociocultural community development could invest this field of intervention.

Resumen
La crisis económica, las amenazas sobre el medio ambiente, la violación de humanos derechos, las desigualdades Norte/Sur están al principio del desarrollo, desde hace algunos años, en medio asociativo principalmente, de especializaciones de animadores socioculturales en «educación al medio ambiente», «educación intercultural», «educación a los derechos humanos», «educación al desarrollo a la solidaridad internacional». Todas estas aproximaciones preconizan una forma de transformación social hacia un mundo más justo, más igualitario y más respetuoso del medio ambiente y del ser humano. Esta comunicación procura determinar por qué y cómo, teóricamente, la animación sociocultural podría investir este campo de intervención.
