Résumé
Au lendemain de la Révolution roumaine (1989), conscient de l’enjeu de la formation initiale pour le bien-être de la société, l’enseignant se mit à oeuvrer en vue du développement durable de son partenaire, l’apprenant, et de soi. En nous appuyant sur les recherches entreprises par les didacticiens et tirant profit de l’essor des TIC, afin de donner un sens constructif à nos indignations, nous nous engageâmes dans des projets inter-universitaires.
À partir d’échanges électroniques entre étudiants roumains et belges, une équipe de jeunes francophones s’est constituée pour élaborer un projet d’Ecole francophone d’été (EFE) pour des apprenants de 7 à 22 ans provenant de onze écoles de la région, de l’association humanitaire Forum d’Onesti et de l’Université V. Alecsandri de Bacau. Au cours de l’EFE, dont le succès se mesure en participation quantitative (112 enfants, adolescents et jeunes) et qualitative (affiches, articles pour la revue des étudiants, spectacle de théâtre), nous avons fait l’apprentissage de la solidarité et contribué à notre développement durable.

Abstract
After the Romanian Revolution (1989), aware of the stake in the initial training for the well-being of the society, teachers began working with the aim of the sustainable development of his partner, the learner, and of oneself. Supported by the researches undertaken by didacticiens and benefiting from the development of ICTS (information and communication technologies), to give a constructive sense to our indignations, we made a commitment in inter-university projects.
From electronic exchanges between Romanian and Belgian students, a team of young French speakers was established to develop a project of summer French-speaking School (EFE) for learners from 7 to 22 years old resulting from eleven schools of the region, from the humanitarian association Forum of Onesti and from the University V. Alecsandri of Bacau. During the EFE, the success of which confronts in quantitative participation (112 children, teenagers and young people) and qualitative (posters, articles for the journal) of the students, theater show), we learned about solidarity and contributed to our sustainable development.

Resumen
Despues de la Revolución rumana (1989), consciente de la puesta de la formación inicial para el bienestar de la sociedad, el profesor se echó a laborar con vistas al desarrollo sostenible de su compañero, enterándose de él, y de sí. Apretándonos las investigaciones emprendidas por el didacticiens y que sacaba provecho del auge del TIC, con el fin de dar un sentido constructivo a nuestras indignaciones, nos comprometimos en proyectos interuniversitarios.
A partir de intercambios electrónicos entre estudiantes rumanos y belgas, un equipo de jóvenes francófonos se constituyó para elaborar un proyecto de Escuela francófona de verano (EFV) para apprenants de 7 a 22 años que provenían de once escuelas de la región, de la asociación humanitaria Foro de Onesti y de la Universidad V. Alecsandri de Bacau. En el curso del EFV, cuyo éxito se mide en participación cuantitativa (112 niños, adolescentes y jóvenes) y cualitativa (carteles, artículos para la revista de los estudiantes, el espectáculo de teatro), hicimos el aprendizaje de la solidaridad y contribuímos a nuestro desarrollo sostenible.
