Résumé
La transformation numérique (TN), levier stratégique majeur pour la compétitivité et la pérennité des organisations, ne se limite pas à la mise en place d’outils technologiques et renvoie à la question centrale de leur acceptation par les employés. Bien que cette acceptation ait été largement étudiée dans la littérature, elle mérite d’être revisitée dans des contextes organisationnels spécifiques, comme le secteur informatique, caractérisé par des évolutions rapides et de fortes exigences en matière d’innovation. S’appuyant sur l’analyse de vingt-huit entretiens individuels semi-directifs et sur une observation participante, cet article propose une relecture des modèles classiques d’acceptation technologique. Il met en évidence les facteurs individuels et organisationnels qui influencent l’acceptation de la TN au sein d’une PME informatique tunisienne. Les résultats contribuent à enrichir les cadres théoriques existants et offrent des pistes opérationnelles pour favoriser une acceptation durable et effective des technologies numériques.

Abstract
Digital transformation (DT), a major strategic lever for the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations, is not limited to the implementation of technological tools and raises the central issue of their acceptance by employees. Although this issue has been widely studied in the literature, it deserves to be revisited in specific organizational contexts such as the IT sector, which is characterized by rapid change and strong innovation requirements. Drawing on the analysis of twenty-eight semi-structured individual interviews and participant observation, this article proposes a reinterpretation of traditional technology acceptance models. It highlights the individual and organizational factors that influence the acceptance of DT within a Tunisian IT SME. The findings contribute to enriching existing theoretical frameworks and provide practical recommendations to foster sustainable and effective acceptance of digital technologies.
