Résumé
Le gouvernement a déjà fait connaître ses intentions sur l’ensemble des règles qui constitueront les dix LIVRES du nouveau Code civil du Québec, à l’exception des règles relatives à son interprétation et à son application dans le temps. Sommes-nous justifiés de réclamer que le gouvernement n’attende pas la fin du processus d’adoption du nouveau Code civil pour rendre publiques ses intentions à cet égard ?
Abstract
Except for rules related to the application in time and the interpretation of the provisions of the new Civil Code of the province of Quebec, the government has already expressed its intent as to the sum of the rules which will constitute the ten BOOKS of the new code. Are we justified in demanding that the government not wait until the whole of the new Civil Code be adopted before making public its intentions in this regard?
