Ces deux ouvrages illustrent la richesse de la doctrine européenne, notamment française, en matière de droit agricole. Ils peuvent être lus avec profit par tous ceux qui s’intéressent au développement du droit québécois dans ce domaine, comme nous le soulignent deux exemples donnés dans ce compte rendu - le contrôle des structures agricoles et la réglementation des baux ruraux.

Abstract

These two books illustrate the richness of European, and more particularly French, doctrinal writing in the field of agricultural law. This book review singles out two areas which could be particularly relevant to the situation in Quebec i.e. the control of agricultural structures and the leasing of farm property.
