Resumen
Tras la crisis económica global de 2008 se publicaron en España varias obras literarias que tratan de la crisis permanente en la que existen las sociedades del neoliberalismo avanzado. Ana Iris Simón y Daniel Gascón pertenecen al grupo creciente de los escritores españoles quienes exploran la posibilidad de resistir la neoliberalización no solo de la economía sino también de las facetas políticas y afectivas de nuestras vidas. Un hipster en la España vacía (2020) de Daniel Gascón y Feria (2020) de Ana Iris Simón plantean la imposibilidad de socavar los fundamentos del orden económico neoliberal si antes no se subvierte su dimensión simbólica.

Abstract
In the aftermath of the global economic crisis of 2008, a variety of Spanish works of literature have addressed the seemingly permanent state of crisis experienced by countries of advanced neoliberalism. Ana Iris Simón and Daniel Gascón belong to a growing cohort of Spanish writers who explore the possibilities of resisting the neoliberalization not only of the economy but also of our political and affective engagements. Gascón’s Un hipster en la España vacía (2020) and Simón’s Feria (2020) suggest that the neoliberal economic order cannot be challenged without first subverting its symbolic dimension.
