Résumé
Cette note de recherche examine des données qui fournissent des indices sur l’époque où la nouvelle façon de jurer en s’attaquant à la religion a commencé à remplacer l’ancienne. La comparaison des sacres employés dans chacune des deux communautés francophones de Windsor issues du Québec renseigne sur l’évolution du phénomène.
Abstract
This research note examines data that provide clues as to the era when the new way of swearing by attacking religion began to replace the old. The comparison of swear words used in each of the two French-speaking communities in Windsor that originated in Quebec sheds light on the evolution of the phenomenon.
