Résumé
Les recherches relatives au mentorat entrepreneurial sont encore peu nombreuses et une vision intégrée et robuste du processus de mentorat manque. Notre constat est que dans un programme formel de mentorat entrepreneurial la relation est tripartite entre le mentor entrepreneur, le mentoré entrepreneur novice et l’organisation tierce initiatrice du programme. Nous proposons une modélisation du processus de mentorat basée sur une relecture de six des modèles existants dans la littérature, incluant la relation du binôme de mentorat et le rôle joué par l’organisation tierce. Cette modélisation permet de comparer des cas et de juger les fonctions clés du tiers initiateur.

Abstract
Entrepreneurial mentoring research is still in its infancy and is lacking a holistic and integrated perspective of the mentoring process. In a formal entrepreneurial mentoring programme, there is a tripartite relationship between the experienced entrepreneur (mentor), the novice entrepreneur (mentee) and the third party organisation that implemented the programme. Our model of the mentoring programme process is based on a review of six existing models, including the mentor-mentee relationship and the role played by the third party organisation. This model allows for an in-depth comparison of various cases and an evaluation of key functions of the programme coordinator.

Resumen
Las investigaciones en lo relativo al mentoring todavía no son muy numerosas y falta una vision tan integrada como robusta del proceso de mentoring . Nos damos cuenta que en un programa formal de mentoring empresarial la relación es tripartita entre el mentor empresario, el aprendices, empresario novel y la organizacion tercia, iniciadora del programa . Proponemos una modelisación del proceso de mentoring basada en una relectura de seis de los modelos que ya existen en literatura incluyendo la relación del binomio de mentoring y el papel desempeñado por la organizacion tercia . Esta modelisación permite comparar casos y también juzgar las funciónes claves del tercero iniciador.
