About
Liberatio is the journal of the World Forum on Theology and Liberation. It is dedicated to exploring the intersection between theology, religion and spirituality, on the one hand, and actions for justice, solidarity, dignity, respect for plurality and peace, on the other. It promotes deliberate openness to critical positions and proposals from different paths of “liberation theology” in their contextual and global expressions. The online, open-access, non-periodical journal publishes original articles in four languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
Liberatio is also available through the publisher Érudit. The journal adopts the Helsinki Initiative in Scholarly Communication: https://www.helsinki-initiative.org.
