Abstracts
Résumé
Face à la problématique du changement climatique, l’administrateur canadien est encore à la traîne. Même si la problématique est de plus en plus prise en compte par les entreprises, les devoirs fiduciaires et d’information de l’administrateur peuvent constituer un véritable levier d’action pour les investisseurs et actionnaires soucieux du risque que le changement climatique fait peser sur l’entreprise. Pour y faire face, plusieurs mécanismes existent et permettraient aux administrateurs de commencer à rattraper leur retard… avant que le droit ne les oblige !
