Biographical notes
I Gede Budi Mahendra is a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering Education at Universitas Negeri Manado. He completed his M.Pd. in Electrical Engineering Education at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta in 2019, graduating cum laude. His research focuses on TPACK, TVET, Instructional Design, and Electrical Engineering Education. He is also an active author of books and scholarly articles.
Prof. Benyamin Limbong Tampang is a professor of Vocational Education and Technology at Universitas Negeri Manado. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Bogor Agricultural Institute. His research encompasses Electrical Engineering Education, IT-based Learning, TVET, Philosophy of Education, and Higher Education Management and Evaluation. He regularly publishes academic works and presents at national and international conferences.
