Abstracts
Résumé
L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser comment une petite entreprise construit une capacité dynamique d’internationalisation. Pour ce faire, nous avons étudié une entreprise industrielle et de services de dix salariés. Notre analyse montre que l’entreprise a pu construire une capacité dynamique d’internationalisation en développant et renouvelant sa base de ressources et compétences à travers un processus caractérisé par la fréquence, la progressivité de l’internationalisation et la réussite des premières démarches d’expansion géographique. Nous mettons également en évidence les facteurs managériaux, organisationnels et environnementaux qui ont favorisé la construction de la capacité dynamique.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyze the way by which a small firm builds a dynamic capability in internationalization. To do this, we studied an industrial company with 10 employees. Our analysis shows that the company has built a dynamic capability in internationalization by developing its resources and capabilities through a process characterized by the frequency, the progressive internationalization and the success of the first steps of geographic expansion. We also highlight the factors that promoted the construction of the dynamic capability. Among them, we note the importance of managerial and organizational characteristics, but also the particularities of the industry.

Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es analizar cómo puede una pequeña empresa construir una capacidad dinámica de internacionalización. Para ello hemos analizado una empresa industrial y de servicios de 10 empleados. Nuestro análisis demuestra que la empresa ha sido capaz de construir una capacidad dinámica de internacionalización gracias al desarrollo y la renovación de su base de recursos y competencias a través de un proceso que se caracteriza por la frecuencia, la progresividad de la internacionalización y el logro de las primeras iniciativas de expansión geográfica. También evidenciamos los factores de gestión, organización y medioambientales que han favorecido la construcción de la capacidad dinámica.
