Abstracts
Résumé
Après avoir constaté la rareté des travaux conceptuels et fédérateurs sur la gestion des risques en PME, nous invitons les chercheurs, à l’instar de Brustbauer (2016) et St-Pierre et El Fadil (2017), à poser les bases d’un management stratégique des risques pour les PME (ERM PME ou enterprise risk management pour les PME). Il s’agit de réfléchir à la façon, dont les PME peuvent surmonter les vulnérabilités inhérentes à leurs caractéristiques particulières (proximité, ressources limitées, myopie stratégique du dirigeant) pour devenir résilientes face aux risques multiples et nouveaux, souvent combinés dans une cascade de risques, et associés aux différentes stratégies de développement qu’elles doivent mettre en place. Nous dessinons les bases de ce que pourrait être une capacité stratégique de gestion des risques pour les PME grâce à un état de l’art des travaux récents portant sur cette question (Brustbauer, 2016 ; St-Pierre et El Fadil, 2017) et à une analyse transversale des contributions retenues pour ce numéro spécial de la gestion des risques par différentes PME prises en exemple, dans le cadre de leurs stratégies de développement (internationalisation, intégration dans une chaine logistique ou partenariat).

Abstract
There has been a lack of research on risk management in SMEs over the past years, however, interest for this increasingly important area is growing. Brustbauer (2016) and St-Pierre and El Fadil (2017) for example, have started to lay the foundations of a strategic risk management in SMEs (ERMSME or Enterprise Risk Management for SMEs). This reflects the way SMEs can overcome the vulnerabilities often due to their main specificities (e.g. proximity, limited resources, and strategic myopia). Such firms can thus develop resilience helping them to face multiple risks, often resulting in chains of risks when they design their development strategies. We propose here the foundations of what could be a strategic capability of risk management for SMEs, taking into account recent work on this issue (Brustbauer, 2016, St-Pierre and El Fadil, 2017) as well as an analysis of contributions selected for this special issue on risk management by SMEs in different contexts (internationalisation, integration into supply chain or partnership).

Resumen
Hay una falta de investigación sobre la gestión del riesgo en las PyME en los últimos años, sin embargo, el interés en esta área de creciente importancia es cada vez mayor. Brustbauer (2016) y St-Pierre y El Fadil (2017), por ejemplo, comenzaron a ofrecer las bases para la gestión estratégica del riesgo en las PyME (ERMSME o gestión del riesgo empresarial para las PyME). Esto refleja cómo la gestión de las PyME puede superar las vulnerabilidades a menudo relacionados con sus características principales (por ejemplo, la proximidad, los recursos limitados, y la miopía estratégica). Estas empresas pueden aumentar la resiliencia ayudando a hacer frente a múltiples riesgos, a menudo combinados en una cascada de riesgos cuando diseñan sus estrategias de desarrollo. Aquí proponemos las bases de lo que podría ser una capacidad estratégica de la gestión de riesgos para las PyME, teniendo en cuenta el trabajo reciente sobre este tema (Brustbauer, 2016, St-Pierre y El Fadil, 2017) y un análisis de las contribuciones seleccionadas para esta edición especial sobre la gestión del riesgo en diferentes contextos (internacionalización, integración en la cadena de suministro o de empresa).
