Résumé
Le langage mute. Il ne se limite plus à accompagner les transformations identitaires : il les inscrit, les façonne, les rend possibles. Dans un corpus de récits où l’humain devient instable, où les frontières du vivant et du technique se brouillent, la parole n’est jamais acquise. Reprogrammée, contournée ou déplacée vers d’autres formes d’échange, elle affecte la communication, mais aussi la perception, la pensée, le monde. L’article explore trois lignes de mutation langagière – codification, effacement, reconfiguration cognitive – et interroge ce qu’il reste de notre manière d’exister lorsque le langage, à son tour, commence à vaciller.

Abstract
Language mutates. It no longer merely accompanies transformations of identity : it inscribes them, shapes them, and makes them possible. In a corpus of narratives where the human becomes unstable and the boundaries between the living and the technological blur, speech is never a given. Reprogrammed, circumvented, or displaced into other forms of exchange, it affects not only communication but also perception, thought, and the world itself. This article examines three trajectories of language mutation – codification, erasure, and cognitive reconfiguration – and asks what remains of our ways of being when language, in turn, begins to falter.
