L'expression « en souffrance », utilisée par Miron dans certains de ses vers, peut désigner, en un sens, toute sa poésie — poésie « empêchée », qui théorise son empêchement. D'où les éléments de « non-poème » qui, loin d'être la part blette, inaboutie, honteuse de cette poésie en gestation, en sont la meilleure part, son vrai ton personnel, ce en quoi il a fait bouger performativement le concept même de poésie.

Abstract

The expression "en souffrance", used by Miron in some of his verses, can designate, in a sense, all his poetry — an embarrassed poetry in which embarrassment is theorized. For this reason, the "non-poem" elements, that are not the sign of a shameful and unfinished poetry but the greater part of it, constitute the real personal tone of an always evolving work and show how the concept of poetry can be interpreted again.
