Abstracts
Résumé
Cet article aborde la question des attitudes et des perceptions des militaires par rapport aux opérations de paix. En comparant les cas canadien et américain, tout en se basant sur la littérature portant sur les facteurs institutionnels et individuels, cet article propose quelques pistes de réflexion sur la place qu’occupent les opérations de paix et les opérations autres que la guerre dans les activités des organisations militaires.

Abstract
This article addresses the issue of military perceptions and attitudes toward peace operations. By comparing the Canadian and American cases, as well as discussing the literature pertaining to individual and institutional factors, this article proposes some insights on the place that peace operations and operations other than war occupy within the activities of militaries.
