Note biographique
Christine Ross est professeure et titulaire de la Chaire James McGill en histoire de l’art contemporain au Département d’histoire de l’art et d’études en communication de l’Université McGill. Elle est aussi directrice de Media@McGill, un centre de recherche interdisciplinaire sur l’étude du rapport média, technologie et culture. Elle a publié, entre autres : The Past is the Present; It’s the Future too: The Temporal Turn in Contemporary Art (2012) et The Aesthetics of Disengagement (2006).

Biographical note
Christine Ross is a professor and holder of the James McGill Chair in Contemporary Art History in the Department of Art History & Communications Studies at McGill University. She is also director of Media@McGill, an interdisciplinary research centre focusing on the relationship among media, technology, and culture. Among her publications are The Past is the Present; It’s the Future too: The Temporal Turn in Contemporary Art (2012) and The Aesthetics of Disengagement (2006).
