Résumé
Trop de canadiens se retrouvent dans des situations médicales aggravées par un retard de consultation. Est-ce que l’éducation citoyenne à la santé pourrait contribuer à réduire la fréquence de ces incidents et améliorer la relation de soins?

Abstract
Too many Canadians find themselves in medical situations that are made worse by delays in seeking treatment. Could public health education help to reduce the frequency of such incidents and improve the relationship between patients and healthcare providers?
